Share your listing portal link on your MLS listing so other agents can submit offers on it directly.

How do I share the link on the MLS?
Click Listing Portal under the Representation folder.
Click the Share link.
In the pop-up window, click Copy Link. Jointly generates a short link for you.
On your MLS listing, paste the link into the Private or Agent comments.
Suggested wording for the MLS remarks:
Draft, e-sign, and submit all offers using Jointly: joint.ly/abcd
Replace
joint.ly/abcdwith the short link you copied from your own listing portal.
The Offer Instructions Flyer
Once your listing is created in Jointly, the Offer Instructions Flyer appears in your Representation Tasks list. It carries the same link as the share link above, plus step-by-step instructions for drafting and submitting an offer.
Open the Offer Instructions Flyer task and click the download icon in the top right corner to get a PDF you can attach to your MLS listing.
You do not need to ask anyone for this flyer. It is already on your deal, and you download it yourself.
Why can I not find a property in the MLS?
You can only reach properties in the MLSs you are a member of. If you belong to one MLS, you cannot link an offer to a listing that belongs to a different one.
A property is searchable only if you are a member of that MLS and Jointly has a data feed with it. If there is no feed for that MLS, treat the property as off-MLS and enter it manually.
Do I need a new deal to re-list a property?
No. Reuse the existing deal and update the MLS ID on it — see How to Update Your MLS in Jointly.
The listing portal shows the listing as expired
This is almost always the MLS ID. Check that the number on the listing is the correct, current one — see How to Update Your MLS in Jointly.
Why connect the listing to the MLS?
The listing portal link works whether or not the listing is connected to the MLS. Connecting is a separate step, and it decides where offers land.
An offer reaches your listing deal when either:
it was submitted through your listing portal link, or
your listing is connected to the MLS.
So if a buyer's agent drafted an offer in their own buyer deal and it is not appearing in your listing deal, the usual cause is that they did not use the portal link and the listing is not connected. Connect the MLS ID and the offer will reach you.
