The listing portal is what you share with other agents so they can start and submit offers and applications on your listings. It is available when you are representing a seller or a landlord.
You can set the information shown in the portal directly in the portal itself. Link your deal to the MLS first — that imports the listing information into the portal, so it is better to link and then edit than the other way round.
To share it, use the short link in the portal. There are also instruction fliers you can add to your MLS documents, so agents know how to submit offers and applications on your listings.
The portal shows my listing as expired
The MLS ID on the listing is usually wrong or out of date. Confirm the correct MLS number and update it on the deal.
How does a tenant apply on a lease listing?
Share your listing portal link, or the application instructions flyer — both carry the link a prospective tenant uses to apply. Use either one when you want any interested tenant to be able to start an application.

Adding documents to the portal
You can choose which completed documents appear in the listing portal:
Go to the Documents page of the deal.
Click the three dots beside the document you want to show.
Choose Document Settings and add the document to the portal.
If the document is a custom form, pull it from the templates folder first, then use the same Document Settings option to make it visible in the portal.
Can I share the portal without connecting to the MLS?
Yes. The listing portal link works whether or not the listing is connected to the MLS. Linking is still recommended — it imports the listing information and keeps the deals connected — but it is not required in order to send the link out.
If the listing is active on the MLS it should be possible to connect it. If no connect button appears on the listing, contact support.
Who the portal is for
The listing portal is how another agent submits an offer or an application on your listing. Do not send it to an unrepresented buyer, and do not use it as a way to have a buyer fill in parts of a contract themselves.
On your own side it is not limited to the listing agent: other roles on the deal can see the portal, edit it, and share the link.
