Managing Team Member Files
Team administrators can create team member files where employment and policy related documents can be drafted and signed. Jointly provides a W9 and the Independent Contractor Agreement. You can upload additional documents on the individual team member files, or set documents to always show on these files via your Team Default Documents.
How do I Create a Team Member File?
Navigate to the Manage Team section of your Team Settings.
Select the avatar of the team member you wish to create a file for.
Select Create Team Member File.
Your team member file has now been created. Within this file you can draft and sign contract agreements, W9 and other team documents that you have configured in your Default Documents.
You can navigate back to the the team member's deal at anytime by following step 2, and selecting Team Member File.
