Drafting an offer from an Offer Portal page (for buyer agents who received a link from a listing agent)
1. From the Offer Portal page, click Start Offer.
2. Next, you can choose to draft this offer for an existing client or you can add a new client.
3. If you want to draft the offer for an existing client, you can select a client from the list shown or click "Add new client".
Drafting an offer from a Buyer or Seller Deal (for agents with existing client deals)
1. Click into you existing buyer or seller deal and click the plus icon next to the Offers section or Start Offer in the Offers page.
2. Next, search for the property you'd like to submit an offer on. Select the MLS where the property is located and enter the property's MLS number. You'll see a green checkmark once Jointly has verified the MLS number. Press Next.
Note: If the property isn't listed on the MLS, select "Click here if the property is not listed on the MLS." From there, enter the property address and if the seller is being represented by an agent. Press Next.
3. Next, Jointly will automatically gather the contract forms needed to complete the offer and pre-fill the forms with data provided by you, the MLS, and the listing agent (if applicable). Don’t worry, you can overwrite the pre-populated data at any time while drafting the offer.
4. You'll then be redirected to your Offer page. Here you’ll see the offer forms that need to be completed.
