Jointly Business account administrators have the ability to create standardized email templates for their team to use when sending messages from Jointly. Creating email templates for your team will keep your company verbiage and messages standard across your team, make the message drafting process more efficient. Email templates are separated by the client you are representing and utilize our smart fields allowing you to place data placeholders within your template for client and agent information, agreement, offer terms and key dates.
How do I Set Team Email Templates?
Navigate to your Team icon in the left bar.
Select the Email Templates option.
The creation of email templates is organized based on the type of deal you have created or who you are representing. Make sure you make the correct selection on the left panel before you start drafting an email template. Once you have the correct template type selected, click Add Template.
You can now begin drafting the body of your email template. You can use our rich text editor to format the font, add links and pictures.
In addition to the rich text editor, you can also add in smartfields which are data placeholders that will generate deal specific data in the placeholder when used on a deal. You can add a smartfield by putting your cursor in the desired location you want the smartfield to populate and then selecting the lighting icon at the bottom of the email template modal.
You can always preview what your email template will look like with data populated into those fields by selecting the Preview option at the bottom of the modal.
Once you are happy with the template you have created, select Save Template at the bottom of the modal.
