Jointly’s Timeline features deal, and contract key dates. As a Jointly Business account administrator you have the ability to set key dates for your team, allowing for a standardized checklist of events. These team key dates help keep your team on track throughout the deal.

Setting your team’s timeline key dates can be configured for Buyer, Seller, Landlord, Tenant deals and Offers with the further ability to set specific triggers occurring in your deal to make the event or key date appear.

What are Timeline Key Date Triggers?

When you create Team Timeline Key Dates, you have the ability to organize those key dates by a specific trigger. This means that the set of key dates you have created will appear on the timeline when another event occurring in the life cycle of your deal happens. Events that can trigger your timeline key dates include the initial creation of the client deal, submitting an offer, executing an offer, the closing of the transaction and more.

When each of these events take place, Jointly will then display the key dates you have created on the timeline.
