Getting Started

To get started, navigate to your Profile Settings by selecting the Profile icon on the left-hand navigation bar, then "Manage Profile."

Contract Preferences

Jointly provides a list of preferences pertaining to the drafting of a variety of documents. The information you set in your contract preferences will be used to auto-fill documents where relevant. While the contract preferences are optional, we highly recommend taking this step as it will make drafting offers and documents more efficient.

License & Brokerage Information

Save time by filling out your brokerage information to prepopulate documents and forms used throughout transactions.

What you'll need:

  • Brokerage name, license number, email, phone, fax, and office address

  • Designated broker's name, license number, email, and phone

  • Licensed supervisor's name, license number, email, and phone

  • Team name (if applicable)

Note: License and Brokerage information will be prefilled based on information from the MLS and the State Association of Realtors the first time you do a transaction. We'll save it here for you automatically but if you wish to override something you can do so at any time. In the case you are a user of a within a Jointly Business partnership, your Team Admin can also set these up for you at a Team level.

Listing Agreement (Sale) Preferences

Save default terms for your Listing Agreements. You can always override these defaults when generating Listing Agreements for specific clients.

Buyer Representation Preferences

Save default terms for your Buyer Representation Agreements. You can always override these defaults when generating Buyer Representation Agreements for specific clients.

Offer & Escrow Preferences

Save default terms for your contracts. You can always override these defaults when drafting an offer or contract for specific clients.

Listing Agreement (Lease) Preferences

Save default terms for your lease listing agreements. You can always override these defaults when drafting a lease listing agreement for specific clients.

Tenant Representation Preferences

Save default terms for your Tenant Representation Agreements. You can always override these defaults when drafting an agreement for specific clients.

Lease Application Preferences

Save default terms for your lease applications. You can always override these defaults when setting up the application.

Lease Preferences

Save default terms for your lease agreements. You can always override these defaults when drafting a Lease Agreement.
