Did My Client Receive a Notification?

Where to find if a notification was sent to a participant.

Easily check if notifications have been sent to any participant on the deal by clicking on their icon in the Participants Section.

If the email is in that history window, it was sent. If there are double checkmarks by the notification, that indicates the email was opened by the recipient. You can click on each notification to get the details.

The notification preview is a simplified version of the notification sent.
​

If nothing has been sent yet, you can send a notification by sending a message.

Once you have sent a message, click here if your client did not receive an email.
