Once an agent has submitted a document for review, the reviewer will receive an email notification with a link to the pending documents.
If a document is rejected, you will be prompted to add a reason for the rejection and if you want to notify the agent.
Once saved, the reason for the rejection will appear under the Document Notes section.
The note can be pinned to the top of the Document Notes section or deleted by clicking the 3 vertical dots.
Once reviewed, the status of the document will show as Approved or Rejected.
