You can manually change the document if it is not allowing you to fill it out the way you need to. The manual control option automates uploading the document as a custom document so you can make freeform changes.
If the document is in webform format, click "Preview" first. Otherwise you will see the Manual Control Option (3 vertical dots) on the document showing as shown below.
**Note: Be sure to save all of the other sections of the webform so they will already be mapped to the document before using the Manual Control.
Click the Manual Control Options icon (3 vertical dots).
Once you choose the manual control option, the original document task will be archived, and a custom document will be loaded where you can map any fields you want.
