If your contract documents or listing paperwork was sent to you in one file, you can easily split it into separate documents.
Note: To split, the document needs to be completed in the Documents page. If it is still in your "Tasks" you will need to save it to move it to completed documents.
Upload the combined document. Be sure to uncheck the "Map" box when uploading so it will go to completed documents.
Open the uploaded file in your "Documents" tab then select "SPLIT" or if prompted, select "yes" to split.
Jointly will detect the documents and pages and split them for you. However, you may need to alter the page range(s) and document name(s). If you need to add a page range, click Add Document Split. If you can't find the Document Type on the list, select "Other".
Once you have completed splitting the pages, click "Save & Split".
The documents will now show separated in your Documents tab.
