If you have manually uploaded an offer to your deal or if the cooperating party is not going to be participating with you in Jointly, you will need to manually change the deal status to move your deal through it's lifecycle.
From your Offer or Application/Lease tasks page, select the gear icon.
Select Update Offer Status/Deal Status and Confirm
Select the desired status from the drop down and save.
The status will now be updated in the Offer and on your Deals Page (if the status you've updated is applicable).
