Jointly Tenant Screening reports are powered through TransUnion ShareAble. Screening reports consist of Credit, Criminal Background and Eviction reports.

TransUnion's ShareAble is a service that allows users to share credit reports with others without impacting the user's credit score. Prospective tenants can share their credit reports with property owners through a soft pull that does not affect their credit score.

If a prospective Tenant has put a freeze or fraud alert on their credit this will cause the reports from TransUnion to return with no data. The prospective Tenant who has applied to your listing is the only individual that can lift the credit freeze.

You can direct the prospective Tenant to TransUnion at https://www.transunion.com/credit-freeze or by calling the TransUnion Consumer Credit Freeze Assistance line at 1-888-909-8872.

After the freeze is lifted TransUnion will be able to regenerate the reports at no additional charge to you or the prospective Tenant.
