Jointly Tenant Screening reports are powered through TransUnion. Screening reports consist of Credit, Criminal Background and Eviction reports.

If a prospective Tenant has put a freeze or fraud alert on their credit this will cause the reports from TransUnion to return with no data. The prospective Tenant who has applied to your listing is the only individual that can lift the credit freeze.

You can direct the prospective Tenant to TransUnion at or by calling the TransUnion Consumer Credit Freeze Assistance line at 1-888-909-8872.

After the freeze is lifted TransUnion will be able to regenerate the reports at no additional charge to you or the prospective Tenant.
