What are Smart Fields?
When creating notifications and email templates in Jointly, you have the ability to utilize our Smart Fields. When utilizing Smart Fields in a notification, applicable data is mapped into the notification. You can set them to pre-populate with common data such as:
Client Names
Agent Information
Property Address
Offer and Lease Terms
Key Dates
How do I use Smart Fields when drafting a notification in the Message Center?
Begin drafting your message content. When you reach a section where you want to add a smart field select the smart field icon at the bottom of your message center modal.
Select the Smart Field you want to include in your message. Continue through the drafting of your message.
