How to add an amendment

You have the ability to amend the offer at any point once the offer has been created.

  1. From the offer page, select ADD DOCUMENT and choose your amendment document from the Forms Library.

2. The amendment will now be in your Task list. Draft your Amendment Document. When you draft the document, you will be asked if you want to mark the deal as executed. If you select "Yes" then the status of your deal will be updated to Executed.

3. You will have the option to add attachments to the amendment. Note: If your clients will need to sign the attachments, be sure to click Yes for "Do you need to map fields to the attachments?"

5. Click Save.

6. If you are adding attachments that need signature fields mapped, you will be required to map the signatures as well as the execution date on the amendment.

7. When you are finished mapping the fields, click SAVE in upper right corner.

8. Review the documents, then MARK AS READY to assign to client(s) to sign.

9. Once your client(s) have signed, the amendment will show in your TASKS as READY TO SUBMIT TO LISTING/BUYER AGENT. Click on the SUBMIT icon to submit to the cooperating agent.

Once an amendment has been executed the Contract Terms and Timeline will show the reflected changes.
