If you are drafting an offer on a property that is not listed on the MLS, click on START OFFER from your home page.
2. Click the link with purple text under the MLS information.
3. You will then be prompted to enter the property address and select if the seller is being represented by a Licensed Agent. Click Next.
4. You can now either add a new client or select an existing client from the list provided and begin drafting your offer.
