Jointly supports depositing excess application fees from lease transactions directly to your bank account. If you have an application balance, we need a way to pay you. We have integrated with Stripe to support this capability. If you choose a higher application fee than the $50 amount Jointly charges for screening, you will receive a task to set up your receiving account on your listing page. Don’t worry, you’ll only need to set this up once.

Having a Stripe account connected to Jointly is the fastest and easiest way to get you paid on your agent processing fees.

If you ever need to access or make any edits to your Stripe account, click on your Profile icon>Manage Profile, and select Payments (this will link you directly to Stripe).
