Start Lease, found in the "Applications" tab on your Listing Overview, allows you (as the listing agent) to set up an application on behalf of the Tenants.
Reasons you may want to use Start Lease:
To build a customized application
You or your client knows the Tenant and you want to customize the application specifically for this Tenant.
You’ve received an application outside of Jointly and want to:
Make use of Jointly to manage the application process (e.g. accepting/rejecting the application, or drafting the lease) - start by uploading the application to keep all your documents in one place
A Tenant Agent or unrepresented Tenant needs assistance with the application process
