What’s the difference between Next Steps and Tasks?

Next Steps

Next Steps are tasks related to your client and not directly related to an offer. You can find these tasks on your Buyer or Seller Overview page under the "Next Steps" tab.

Buyer Overview next steps for agent to complete on Jointly

Examples of Next Steps (client-related tasks):

  • Listing Agreement

  • Buyer Representation Agreement

  • Seller's Disclosure Notice

  • Wire Fraud Warning

  • Disclosure of Relationship with Residential Service Company

Tasks

Tasks are tasks related to an offer. You can find these tasks within a specific offer under the "Tasks" tab.
