How to sign up for a Jointly account

Learn how to sign up and create a Jointly account as an agent, brokerage, transaction coordinator, or client.

Depending on if you're an agent, client, team or brokerage lead, or transaction coordinator, signing up for a Jointly account will look slightly different.

Select your role to find out how to create your Jointly account:

How to create a Jointly account as an agent

1. From the sign up page, start by entering your primary MLS from the dropdown. If you don't see your MLS listed, Jointly may not be available in your market yet. You can request a Jointly partnership with your MLS here.

2. Next, enter your state license number. We'll verify your license number. Once you see a green checkmark, click Verify.

3. Once you've verified your license number, we'll automatically pull in the associated contact information. If you'd like your information to show differently in Jointly, you can update it here. Press Confirm.

4. After you've confirmed your contact information, you'll be prompted to create a password. Enter a password, check the terms of service and privacy policy box, and select Complete Sign Up. You're all set!

How to create a Jointly account as a team or brokerage lead

If you are a team or brokerage lead wanting to create a team or brokerage account, please contact our support team at [email protected] or chat with us directly via the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

How to create a Jointly account as a transaction coordinator

If you are a transaction coordinator working with an agent who uses Jointly, the agent will need to invite you to Jointly.

If you are an independent transaction coordinator wanting to use Jointly to manage your agent's transactions, please contact our support team at [email protected] or chat with us directly via the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

How to create a Jointly account as a client (buyer or seller)

1. If you are a buyer or seller working with your agent in Jointly, you'll first be invited to Jointly when your agent assigns you a task to complete. You'll be notified via email or text with a link to Jointly.

2. When you first click the link to Jointly, you'll be prompted to accept our terms and services. Review the terms and press Accept to continue.

3. Once you press accept, you'll automatically be logged in without the need to create an account.

If you need to request a new secure link:

1. To request a new secure link, navigate to the login page and enter your email.

Note: This email must be the same email your agent used when inviting you to Jointly. If you are having issues, please contact your agent to double-check that your email address is correct.

2. Once you've entered your email, select Send Login Link.

3. A new secure link will be sent to your email so you can log into Jointly.

If you'd like to set up a password:

1. To set a password, navigate to the login page and enter your email.

Note: This email must be the same email your agent used when inviting you to Jointly. If you are having issues, please contact your agent to double-check that your email address is correct.

2. Once you've entered your email, select Set Password.

3. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to set your password. Once you receive the email, press Reset Password and you'll be prompted to set a password.
