What happens when you invite an agent to resubmit an offer?
Inviting an agent to resubmit an offer will notify the buyer's agent that they've been invited to resubmit their offer.
How to invite an agent to resubmit an offer:
From the Offer page, select the ADD DOCUMENT and select the Seller's Invitation to Buyer to Submit a New Offer.
Once you draft the document you can assign it to your client to review and sign. Once this has occurred you will have the ability to submit the document to the cooperating agent.
