What happens when you reopen an offer?
Reopening an offer allows you to continue with the deal. Your client(s) and cooperating party will not be notified of the offer reopening unless you send them a message from the message center or draft additional documents.
How to reopen an offer after it's been rescinded, rejected or terminated:
From the Offer page, select the gear icon next to the status and select Update Offer Status.
From the status dropdown, select Submitted and then Save. Your deal will be reopened and you can continue to add documents related to this deal.
Your deal is now reopened and you can proceed with accepting and drafting any additional documents.
