How to hard refresh your browser

Learn how to resolve performance issues by doing a hard refresh of your browser.

If you haven’t logged into Jointly in a while, you may experience some performance issues. To resolve this, all you need to do is clear out your browser cache by doing a hard refresh of your browser.

For instructions on how to complete a hard refresh of your browser, click your operating system below:

Instructions for Windows

For Chrome:

  1. Hold down Ctrl and click the refresh button (located in the top left of your browser)

  2. Or hold down Ctrl + F5

For Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Hold down Ctrl + Shift + R

  2. Or hold down Ctrl + F5

For Internet Explorer:

  1. Hold down Ctrl and click the refresh button (located at the top of your browser)

  2. Or hold down Ctrl + F5

Instructions for Mac OS

For Chrome:

  1. Hold down Command + Shift + R

  2. Or hold down Shift and click the refresh button (located in the top left of your browser)

For Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Hold down Command + Shift + R

  2. Or hold down Shift and click the refresh button (located in the top left of your browser)

For Safari:

  1. Hold down Option + Command + E
