Learn how to send documents to recipients

You can email anyone through Jointly and attach documents as PDF attachments, whether they are a participant on a deal or an outside party.

Email from the Documents Page

  1. Navigate to the Documents page in your deal and select the document(s) to send. Once the document(s) are selected, the email option will appear at the bottom of the screen.



  2. Confirm the file name, select if you want to include the e-signature certificates and how you want your file downloaded. Click the Next button.


  3. If you selected to download a combined file, you can choose the order of the documents by clicking on the two horizontal lines and dragging the documents. Click the Attach button.


  4. A drop-down list will appear to choose participants that are on the deal. You can select from that list or type in another email address.
